What to write to us about
- ❌Something is wrong. A quiz answer that is incorrect, a translation that reads oddly, a tax rate or grading scale that is out of date. Corrections are the most useful messages we get, and we would rather hear it from you than leave it wrong.
- 🐛Something is broken. A game that will not start, a button that does nothing, a score that did not save. Tell us which page, and which phone or browser you were using — that pair of details is usually what makes a bug findable.
- 🏫You are a teacher or a school. If you are using this in a classroom and something would work better a different way, we want to know. Several of the tools exist because a teacher asked for them.
- 🔒Privacy and your account. Requests to delete an account or the data attached to it, or any question about how your information is handled. Our Privacy Policy covers the details, and you can always ask.
- 💼Business enquiries, including advertising and partnerships.
We read every message that comes through this form. It is run by a small team, so a reply is not always instant — but corrections and bug reports get looked at first.
